This has to be the best mute, by far the best cup mute, I have ever used and owned. I actually used to use a Harmon Triple Play cup mute (the cup was removable so you could use it as a plunger and a straight mute, but it was too small for my Bach 42BO (I would have to hold it outside of the bell.) This mute is amazing, perfect size, and the cup is adjustable if I need to use it for my small jazz horn.
